I Think This Is An Overpopulation Problem.

In countries where child poverty is a problem China's One Child Policy should be introduced. I think it is well known fact if you want children to have enough to

eat then stop having children. I don't know what the child poverty levels are in China but if you are only allowed one child then you will do your best to make sure your child gets enough to eat. 

In one of Dr. Mercola's articles he mentioned a sterilization vaccine that had been added to other vaccines and used in some countries. I think from memory it was suggested that it could have been added to the HPV cervical cancer vaccine, another reason not to have the vaccine. 

Anyway in countries with child poverty the sterilization vaccine should be given to women with one child or more before they receive any food aid. This sounds amazingly cruel but at the moment there is very little surplus food in the world and with global warming affecting the planet there is going to be even less food. 

Also we are heading into an El Nino event and that could cause more food problems over the next few years. Sterilization is one way to try and save children by not having them. 

Nearly every child born this millennium will have a terrible life. They will see the end of cheap oil, the end of constant electricity, and the end of clean readily available water as well as the end of plentiful food. I think anyone contemplating having more children should seriously consider the future that child will live in. They will also see the end of Western civilization and collapse of America. 

So countries that are experiencing population problems now will be very dangerous places to live in very soon.
