A resounding YES because the USA is finished. And
China is doing things differently. They are using different economic
models. They are using a sort of backward growth model. Our economic
growth model is centered around having kids to spend money on and that
keeps the economy going.
There is only one serious problem with this model
and that is: as you get more economically wealthy you stop having kids. So
your societies end up in recession, like we are in now. And in times of
recession you stop having more kids so you end up in a very serious
downward spiral like Japan
which has been in a recession for the last 20
years.
China on the other hand did things
very differently.
They brought in a One
Child Policy about 25 years ago and now China is getting very close to
buying the world. Looking back - 25 years ago China was a very poor
country so they had no excess money to spend and with only one child to
spend money they increased their saving rate. And now they are scouring
the world for bargains.
Also because of only having one child they
modernized very fast. They could buy the mobile phones, flat screen TV and
the latest computer technology because they were not spending money on
food and clothing for the kids. But where do they go from here. They take
over the world.
The unforeseen benefits of the One
Child Policy are what is making China now.
There are no drug problems in schools, no
street gangs, no vandalism or graffiti
– therefore their cities are quite safe. But the number one
benefit is education. If you only have one child you will want that child
to get the best and that means the best education.
And that is where China will take over the world.
They will have the most educated workforce therefore they will get things
done. And they will leave the rest of the word in the dust of severe
economic growth.
